AGE REQUIREMENT — STRICTLY 21+
KINGDOM NIGHTS IS A 21+ EVENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All attendees must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
Acceptable identification includes a valid driver's license, state-issued identification card, passport, or other government-issued identification accepted under applicable law.
Expired, altered, or invalid identification will not be accepted.
Guests unable to provide acceptable identification will be denied entry without a refund.
No individuals under 21 will be admitted, including infants or children accompanied by adults.
ALCOHOL SERVICE & RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION
Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests who meet all legal age and identification requirements.
Alcohol tastings are intended for responsible enjoyment and are not unlimited.
Tasting quantities, selections, and serving limits will be determined by participating beverage providers and event staff.
All alcohol service is subject to applicable Kansas laws and venue policies.
Event staff and beverage providers reserve the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited unless expressly authorized by the venue.
Guests may not share alcoholic beverages with anyone who is not legally permitted to consume them.
Guests are responsible for arranging safe transportation and must not drive while impaired.
Kingdom Events strongly encourages guests to use a designated driver or rideshare service when consuming alcohol.
CIGAR & TOBACCO POLICY
One complimentary cigar is included with each paid admission.
Complimentary cigar selection is determined by the event organizers and venue.
Guests must comply with all applicable tobacco laws and venue smoking policies.
Smoking is permitted only in areas designated by The Outlaw Cigar Co.
Guests must handle cigars, lighters, and smoking accessories responsibly.
Additional cigars or tobacco products may be available for purchase directly from the venue.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by improper handling of smoking materials.
Guests who choose not to smoke may still attend the event, but no cash refund or credit will be provided for an unused complimentary cigar.
Health Notice: Tobacco smoke contains substances known to cause cancer and other serious health conditions. Attendance may involve exposure to secondhand smoke. Guests voluntarily choosing to smoke or remain in designated smoking areas acknowledge these risks.
CHIEFS ALUMNI APPEARANCES
Advertised Chiefs alumni appearances are subject to change without notice.
Kingdom Events will make reasonable efforts to provide the announced guest experience.
Players may arrive, depart, or participate at different times during the event.
Individual conversations, photographs, or interactions with specific players cannot be guaranteed.
Autographs are strictly prohibited as part of this event experience.
Guests are expected to respect the personal space and privacy of all participating players.
Harassment, aggressive behavior, or repeated unwanted requests for photographs or interactions will not be tolerated.
Changes to the player lineup do not qualify for a ticket refund.
TICKETS, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
All ticket purchases are final.
Tickets are valid only for the designated KINGDOM NIGHTS event.
No refunds will be issued for personal scheduling conflicts, late arrivals, early departures, or changes in advertised guests or tasting selections.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without written permission from Kingdom Events.
Ticket transfers may be permitted with advance approval from Kingdom Events.
Guests denied entry for failure to meet age, identification, or conduct requirements will not receive a refund.
If Kingdom Events cancels the event without rescheduling it, ticket purchasers will receive a refund of the ticket purchase price.
If the event is postponed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event. Additional options will be communicated to ticket holders.
EVENT CONDUCT & SAFETY
KINGDOM NIGHTS is intended to be a welcoming, enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Guests are expected to:
Treat fellow guests, athletes, event staff, and venue employees with respect.
Follow all instructions provided by event organizers and venue personnel.
Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly.
Follow all designated smoking policies.
Refrain from harassment, threatening behavior, fighting, or disruptive conduct.
Respect venue property and other guests' belongings.
Kingdom Events and venue management reserve the right to remove any guest who violates these policies, without refund, subject to applicable law.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RELEASE
Photography and video recording may occur throughout KINGDOM NIGHTS.
By attending, guests acknowledge that their image or likeness may be captured in event photography or video.
Kingdom Events and authorized event partners may use event-related photographs and recordings for lawful promotional, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and any required consent.
Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify event staff upon arrival so reasonable accommodations can be considered.
Professional photography, commercial filming, or recording for promotional or commercial use by attendees requires prior authorization from Kingdom Events.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY
Guests acknowledge that attending an event involving alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and smoking environments carries certain inherent risks.
These may include, but are not limited to, exposure to tobacco smoke, burns, allergic reactions, alcohol-related impairment, and other risks associated with event participation.
By attending, guests voluntarily accept the ordinary inherent risks associated with the activities in which they choose to participate.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, attendees agree to release Kingdom Events, its organizers, participating athletes, sponsors, and venue partners from claims arising from the ordinary inherent risks of voluntary participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
